This website provides information about home tutoring services offered by Robiul Islam in Gulshan 2, Dhaka. Services include:

• Personalized Quran learning with proper Tajweed
• English language (speaking, writing, reading, listening)

• Mind training and personal development
• Academic tutoring for school and college students

By registering for classes or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Enrollment

Our home tutoring services are open to students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds in the Gulshan 2 area of Dhaka.

Requirements for enrollment:

• Students must reside in or near Gulshan 2, Dhaka (within the service area)
• If the student is a minor (under 18), parental or guardian consent is required
• Parents must provide accurate contact information and home address
• A safe and suitable learning environment must be available at the student's home

3 Teaching Approach & Student Expectations

I provide personalized, one-to-one home tutoring with patience, care, and dedication. I believe that every student can learn successfully with proper guidance, in shaa Allah.

Students and parents are expected to:

• Be present and ready for classes at the scheduled time
• Maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude toward the tutor
• Complete assigned homework and practice regularly
• Communicate any concerns or scheduling changes promptly
• Provide necessary learning materials (Quran, notebooks, etc.) as advised
• Ensure a quiet, distraction-free space for lessons

4 Free Trial & Refund Policy

5 Payment Terms & Fees

Payment structure:

• Monthly tuition fees are determined based on subject, frequency, and class duration
• Payment is due at the beginning of each month
• Special discounts available for Quran learners and long-term students
• Payment can be made via cash, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), or bank transfer

Late payment policy: If payment is delayed beyond 7 days without prior communication, classes may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

6 Class Schedule & Attendance

Teaching schedule:

• I teach 5 days per week: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Off days: Thursday and Friday
• Class timings are flexible and arranged based on mutual convenience
• Changes to schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible

Missed classes:

• If I miss a class due to personal reasons, a makeup session will be scheduled at no extra charge
• If the student misses a class without prior notice, the class is considered completed and no makeup is provided
• In case of emergency or illness, please inform as soon as possible for rescheduling consideration

7 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and guardians agree NOT to:

• Record audio or video of classes without explicit written permission
• Copy, distribute, or share teaching materials without authorization
• Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Use tutoring services for any illegal or unethical purposes
• Share login credentials or class access with unauthorized individuals
• Misrepresent information during enrollment or communication

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All teaching materials, lesson plans, handouts, notes, videos, and content provided through robiulislam.org or during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of Robiul Islam.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials for commercial use
• Claim ownership of any content created by Robiul Islam
• Use materials in any way that violates copyright laws

Materials are provided solely for personal educational use by the enrolled student.

9 Privacy & Confidentiality

I respect the privacy of all students and families. Personal information collected during enrollment is used only for:

• Scheduling and conducting tutoring sessions
• Communication regarding classes and progress
• Improving teaching methods and services

Student progress, family information, and personal details are kept confidential and never shared with third parties without consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide the highest quality education and personalized attention:

• I cannot guarantee specific academic results or exam performance
• Learning outcomes depend on student effort, practice, and external factors
• I am not liable for any personal, academic, financial, or technical issues that may arise
• Parents are responsible for their child's supervision before and after tutoring sessions

11 Termination of Service

I reserve the right to terminate tutoring services if:

• A student or family member violates these Terms and Conditions
• There is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Payment obligations are consistently not met
• The home environment becomes unsuitable for effective teaching

Students and parents may discontinue services at any time under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy. Please provide notice to ensure a smooth conclusion.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or revised from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in service offerings or teaching methods
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Improvements in policies and procedures

All updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. By continuing to use the website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or tutoring services will be resolved through:

• Legal proceedings in Dhaka, Bangladesh jurisdiction if all else fails
