1. General Refund Principle

We are committed to delivering high-quality education and digital marketing services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Quran Education — Refund Terms

• Free counseling session: No payment required. No refund applicable.
• Full refund within 7 days: If unsatisfied after up to 2 classes, a full refund of the monthly fee may be requested within 7 days of the first class.
• No refund after 7 days: After 7 days or more than 2 classes attended, no refund will be issued for that month.
• Missed classes by student: No refund for classes missed without prior notice.

3. Digital Marketing Services — Refund Terms

• Consultation: Free of charge. No refund applicable.
• Before work begins: Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of payment before work starts.
• After work begins: No refund for completed work once a project is underway.
• Partial refund: If cancelled mid-project, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed — assessed case by case.
• Ad spend: Any amounts spent on third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) on your behalf are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your full name, phone number, service enrolled in, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend classes without prior notice
• Dissatisfaction after the 7-day window has passed
• Change of mind after the refund window has closed
• Any third-party costs such as ad spend, domain, or hosting fees

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Personal or business wallet transfer
• Nagad — Mobile financial service transfer
• Rocket (DBBL) — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfer (details provided on request)
• Western Union / Wise — For international clients

2. Payment Timing

• Education services: Payment is due on or before the 1st of each month.
• New enrollments: First month's fee must be paid before the first class.
• Digital marketing services: 50% advance required before work begins; remaining 50% on delivery or end of billing cycle.
• One-time projects: Full payment may be required in advance for projects under BDT 10,000.

3. Late Payments

• Education classes may be paused if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date.
• For digital marketing, a late fee of 5% may apply for payments more than 7 days overdue.
• Continued non-payment may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

4. Currency

All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) by default. For international clients, payments may be arranged in USD, GBP, or AED at the prevailing exchange rate. Please confirm the currency before making payment.

5. Payment Confirmation

After making a payment, please send a screenshot or confirmation via WhatsApp. This ensures your payment is recorded correctly and your service is activated without delay.

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing enrolled students will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. New pricing applies to new enrollments only until the notice period passes.

7. Receipts & Invoices

A payment confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp upon receipt. For formal invoices (businesses or international clients), please request one and it will be provided in PDF format via email.
